Wilderness Treatment Australia has a vision to establish an adventure school so that young people can transition into the education system after they completed The Hero's Journey wilderness treatment program. The school will also offer placements to students that are not suited to main stream education. An education curriculum will be combined with adventure learning and outdoor skills development. Students will receive after care in the form of follow-up clinical treatment for 6-12 months after they leave The Hero's Journey wilderness treatment program. This program is in the concept stage.
